Belarus' ambassador presents copy of credentials to Saudi Arabia foreign minister

MINSK, 14 June (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the United Arab Emirates with a concurrent accreditation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Andrei Luchenok has presented copy of credentials to Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Al-Assaf, BelTA has learned from the Embassy of Belarus in the United Arab Emirates.

“The Saudi Arabia Foreign Minister welcomed the new Belarusian ambassador in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expressed readiness to provide all kinds of assistance to him. Ibrahim Al-Assaf emphasized the importance of cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Belarus,” the embassy informed.

The parties reaffirmed their commitment to promoting bilateral political dialogue, trade and economic cooperation and collaboration in other areas of mutual interest.
