MINSK, 27 May (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan with concurrent accreditation to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Oleg Ivanov met with Afghanistan's Minister of Industry and Trade Nisar Ahmad Goryan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed cooperation prospects in trade and economy, as well as preparations for the visit of Afghanistan's business delegation to Belarus.
Other key issues on the agenda were joint business projects that are believed to give a fresh impetus to bilateral trade.
