Young people lay flowers at Minsk Hero City obelisk  Minsk played host to the 3rd CIS and EAEU Youth Forum on 1-3 October.  On 2 October, the forum participants laid flowers at the Minsk Hero City Obelisk and visited the Belarusian State Museum of the Great Patriotic War.
