New Year's paper decorations have already become an integral part of preparations for the main winter holiday in Belarus. Oksana Zorina, a vytsinanka artisan, held an annual workshop for schoolchildren in the cultural and historical complex Golden Ring of the City of Vitebsk Dvina to make greeting cards.
