The remains of approximately 400 victims of the genocide during the Great Patriotic War were reburied in Mogilev. A memorial ceremony was held on 23 October at the memorial marker on Rovchakova Street. This memorial to the victims of the genocide of the Belarusian people during the Great Patriotic War is located in Mogilev near the Kazimirovsky Forest. This site has become a symbol of sorrow and pain: during the years of occupation, the fascists executed civilians here, including Jewish families, former servicemen, POWs, partisans, and members of the resistance movement. In 2024, search operations were conducted at the site by the 52nd Search Battalion of the Armed Forces, under the supervision of the Mogilev Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
