Belarusian swimmer Anastasiya Shkurdai advanced to the women’s 200m backstroke semifinal at the ongoing 2024 Olympic Games in Paris on 1 August. The Belarusian clocked 2:09.64 to place seventh on the overall table among 27 athletes. The event brought bronze to the athlete at the Doha 2024 World Aquatics Championships in February.
