New mothers congratulated on People’s Unity Day in Vitebsk On Day of People’s Unity on 17 September, the Vitebsk Oblast Maternity Hospital welcomed seven newborns: five girls and two boys. Representatives from the regional branch of the Belarusian Women’s Union came to congratulate the new mothers.
