On 14 June, Grodno children's clinic received new psychotherapeutic equipment within the framework of the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects Program of the Japanese government. The program assigned some $80,000 to the clinic to buy 14 items of psychotherapeutic equipment. Staff of the clinic have undergone special training to work with such equipment.
The clinic provides services to over 39,000 children. Some 500 of them are children with disabilities. The new equipment will contribute to their efficient rehabilitation.
As the equipment is mobile, children will be able to receive therapy at home. Moreover, the clinic will provide services not only to Grodno citizens.
