Libyan trade mission opens in Minsk
A Libyan diplomatic trade mission was inaugurated in Minsk on 20 October. Attending the opening ceremony were Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army, Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar and Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich.
