Cooperation with Russia in military affairs represents a tangible stability factor and an important component in the strategic deterrence of threats by the Collective Security Treaty Organization in the Eastern Europe region, Belarusian Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov said during the joint board meeting of the Belarusian and Russian defense ministries in Minsk on 24 October.
