Foreign ministers of Belarus, Lithuania meet in Minsk

The visit of Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevicius will be the beginning of a new period in the bilateral relations, Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei said following the meeting with the Lithuanian counterpart in Minsk on 4 February.
