The Union State of Belarus and Russia is running the disability arts festival “Together We Can Do More” in Mogilev. The festival features creative delegations from regions of Belarus and Russia. All in all, the festival has brought together 300 participants aged 18 and older with disabilities. The first day featured an exhibition of fine and decorative-applied arts and a concert by the participants.
