Church of St. John the Baptist in Volpa The wooden Church of St. John the Baptist in the agro-town of Volpa, Volkovysk District, was built in 1773. The surviving items include a wooden carved altar from the 17th century, which was transferred from the previous church building, and a 19th-century icon “The Virgin Mary Presenting the Rosary to Saint Dominic”.
During a visit to the church, tourists can learn about the structure and sound of the organ. In November, the first group of tourists will visit the church as part of the excursion "Organ Music in the Heart of Grodno Oblast."The route covers the churches in Novogrudok District, Volkovysk District, and Zelva District, each featuring organ music. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy concerts and admire the beauty of the architectural monuments.
