Six documents on cooperation between oblasts of Belarus and Ukraine were signed at the 1st Forum of Regions in Gomel on 26 October. The Brest Oblast Executive Committee concluded an agreement on interregional cooperation with the Rovno Oblast State Administration and an agreement on trade, economic, sci-tech and cultural cooperation with Zaporozhye Oblast State Administration. The Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee will cooperate with Zaporozhye Oblast as well. The Minsk Oblast Executive Committee signed two documents with Ukrainian regions: an agreement with Zaporozhye Oblast State Administration and a memorandum with the Kiev Oblast State Administration. The heads of Gomel and Dnepr signed an agreement on friendship and cooperation.
