A gala event dedicated to Teacher’s Day was held at the Bolshoi Theater on 1 October. More than 1,000 of the country’s best teachers were invited to attend. Around 40 educators received letters of commendation from the Council of Ministers, the Belarus President Administration, the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly, the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers.
