Rosselkhoznadzor lifts import restrictions from three Belarusian companies

MINSK, 28 December (BelTA) – On 28 December, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) lifted temporary import restrictions from three Belarusian companies, BelTA has learned from the Rosselkhoznadzor website.

The restrictions have been lifted from Kalinkovichsi Meat Processing Plant (with exception of the products prohibited because of African swine fever), Molochny Mir and Polotsk Dairy Plant (with the exception of dry milk products).

Rosselkhoznadzor made the decision after considering the materials submitted by Belarus and taking into account the guarantees given by the Veterinary and Food Oversight Department of the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry.

Eligible for the import are the products made as from 28 December 2018. They should be accompanied by electronic veterinary certificates.
