MINSK, 7 October (BelTA) – Belarus fully honors its commitments regarding the transit of Russian natural gas. Press Secretary of the Belarusian Energy Ministry Olga Kozlovich made the relevant statement in a Facebook post in response to Gazprom's memorandum, which was published by mass media on 6 October, BelTA has learned.
According to Olga Kozlovich, Belarus honors its commitments concerning the transit of Russian natural gas to Europe on time and in full within the framework of the effective bilateral agreements. Information about some risks and possible disruptions of transit is absolutely groundless.
In her words, the Energy Ministry expects that representatives of the international business community will be able to objectively evaluate the situation and make conclusions based on concrete facts.
