MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – The Hi-Tech Park has held a series of presentations in Istanbul and Izmir, Türkiye to highlight the investment potential and the technological potential of the Belarusian IT sector, Hi-Tech Park representatives told BelTA.
The events took place at premises of the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Istanbul, the Aegean Industrialists and Businessmen Association (ESIAD), and the Izmir Chamber of Commerce as part of a business forum organized by the National Center for Marketing together with Belarusian diplomats in Türkiye.
During the presentations a representative of the Secretariat of the Supervisory Board of the Hi-Tech Park talked in detail about the advantages of doing business in the park as well as about successful projects and competences of the companies residing in the Hi-Tech Park. Key aspects of the Hi-Tech Park’s operation were highlighted: development and export of innovative software products, the creation of an IT community and support for high-tech startups. The presentations included not only presentations per se but also dynamic B2B meetings, which allowed establishing direct contacts with interested Turkish companies and investors.
Turkish partners demonstrated keen interest in Belarusian IT solutions, thus opening up new opportunities for bilateral interaction in the field of high technologies. In particular, the parties discussed prospects of joint projects and the sharing of the best practices.
The Hi-Tech Park continues actively advancing cooperation abroad, promoting Belarusian technologies, and enhancing Belarus’ role on the world IT map, the park’s representatives noted.
