Belarusian BelAZ hosts MPs from Kazakhstan 

MNSK, 4 February (BelTA) - BelAZ showcased its quarry machinery to Kazakhstan’s parliamentary delegation as they arrived in Belarus on an official visit, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.

Kazakhstan’s parliamentary delegation, led by Mazhilis Chairman Yerlan Koshanov, toured BelAZ - the management company of the BelAZ Holding company, the world's largest manufacturer of dump trucks and transport vehicles for the mining and construction industries

The delegation reviewed the plant's production capabilities and discussed prospects for cooperation. The Kazakh MPs visited the Museum of Labor Glory and toured the main conveyor assembly workshop. One of the most memorable moments of the visit was the demonstration of samples on the exhibition ground.
Following this, the Kazakh MPs visited the Khatyn Memorial Complex. Delegation members laid flowers at The Unconquered Man sculpture. The memorial's bells and the cemetery of burned villages reminded the guests of the price of peace and the tragedy, the memory of which the Belarusian people have carried through the decades.Keeping memory of Belarusians, Kazakhs, and representatives of other peoples who fought and perished in the war against fascism is an inexhaustible and unbreakable source of friendship between the peoples of Belarus and Kazakhstan, the press service noted.
Several tens of thousands of soldiers – natives of Kazakhstan gave their lives in battles on Belarusian soil. At the cost of their lives, they fulfilled their military duty and remained loyal to their Motherland. More than 500 Kazakhs became Heroes of the Soviet Union, including 84 who earned this title for the liberation of Belarus.
