
MINSK, 23 March (BelTA) - Belarus and Thailand will set up a joint committee for trade and economic cooperation. This is stipulated by Resolution No. 161 of the Council of Ministers of 21 March 2025, which was published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 22 March, BelTA learned.
The document approves the draft memorandum between the governments of Belarus and Thailand to set up a joint Belarusian-Thai Committee for Trade and Economic Cooperation as a basis for negotiations.
The resolution enters into force from the date of its adoption

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall hold talks on the draft memorandum, make amendments to it, if necessary, which are not of fundamental nature and sign the memorandum if an agreement is reached within the approved draft.
