MINSK, 17 January (BelTA) – On 16 January, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan Aleksei Bogdanov met with heads of distribution network facilities of several Belarusian enterprises in Kazakhstan, BelTA learned from the Belarusian foreign mission in Astana.
Attending the meeting were executives of such companies as MTZ-Kazakhstan Machine-Building Plant, Belarusian Tractor Trading House, Minsk Engine Plant Trading House, Amkodor-Astana, and Belarusian Tire.
The parties took stock of the results of the enterprises’ work in 2025, the implementation of agreements reached during the session of the Belarus-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation in autumn 2025, the visit of Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin to Kazakhstan in November, the first Belarus-Kazakhstan agrarian forum and Kazakhstan-Belarus business council.
Special attention was given to plans for 2026, including improving forms and methods of work and participation in specialized exhibition events in Kazakhstan.
