Belarus’ fixed-capital investments at Br11.2bn in January-March 2026

MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) – In January-March 2026 Belarus’ fixed-capital investments amounted to Br11.2 billion, BelTA learned from the National Statistical Committee.

The regional breakdown is the following: Minsk Oblast is in the lead (22.2%) followed by Minsk (22%), Brest Oblast (13.5%), Gomel Oblast (13.2%), Grodno Oblast (10.5%), Vitebsk Oblast (9.3%), and Mogilev Oblast (9.2%).

As far as the technological structure of fixed-capital investments is concerned, construction and installation works accounted for 47.2%, machines, equipment, and vehicles – for 38.1%, and other kinds of works and costs – 12.3%, intellectual property objects – 2.4%. 

The share of state investments in the total fixed-capital investments reached 40.3%, with the share of private investments at 54.1% and foreign investments at 5.6%.
