MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – The draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and Russia on the unified industrial policy has been approved as a basis to hold the relevant talks. The decision is spelled out in Council of Ministers' Resolution No.799 of 21 November 2022, published on the national legal internet portal on 23 November, BelTA has learned.
The Industry Ministry has been authorized to negotiate the draft agreement. If necessary, the ministry is allowed to make changes to it that are not of a fundamental nature.
Belarus' Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik has the right to sign the document if an agreement is reached within the limits of the approved draft.
