MINSK, 13 February (BelTA) – The Italian TV channel Rai 3 ranked Belarus third in the top five countries which attracted the most interest from Italian tourists in 2017 and are worth seeing in 2018, BelTA informs.
The ranking is based on the information available on volagratis.com, a popular Italian travel website. As of 13 February, the edition of the Kilimangiaro TV program posted on Facebook has over 400,000 views.
Kilimangiaro anchors advised to come to Belarus in spring and visit the Mir Castle, one of the most beautiful castles in Europe, which is also inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Other countries in the top 5 are Albania, Moldova, Tanzania, and Oman.
Launched in 1979, Rai 3 is the third channel of the Italian state TV and radio company specializing in social and culture-related topics.

The Belarus president's Decree No.8 “On the introduction of the visa-free entry and departure for foreign citizens” came into force on 12 February 2017. Italy is among the countries eligible for visa-free entry to Belarus via Minsk National Airport.
