Foreign military attaches visit Belarus' KB Display engineering company

BREST, 7 March (BelTA) – Military attaches from 11 countries have learned more about the products of the Vitebsk-based KB Display engineering company, Belarus' State Military Industrial Committee told BelTA.

Military attaches of 11 diplomatic missions accredited in Belarus visited KB Display engineering company in Vitebsk. “During the visit, a briefing was held with the company's top executives. KB Display Director Alexander Voitenkov and his first deputy, Vitaly Vaisenblum, answered questions from the guests. The military attaches went on a tour of the company to learn more about the products it makes. An exhibition was arranged for the foreign military experts which showcased special-purpose computers, aerial displays, micro-display systems, video monitors, remote-controlled weapon stations, and unmanned combat aerial vehicles,” the committee noted.

The visit took place in line with the program drawn up for military diplomats to visit Belarusian bases and defense companies. The program is being implemented by the International Military Cooperation Department of the Belarusian Defense Ministry. The foreign guests have commended Belarusian developments and thanked Belarus for creating a transparent image of the defense industry.
