Lukashenko urges to further streamline licensing regulations in business

MINSK, 13 February (BelTA) – It is essential to continue eliminating bulky licensing regulations in business, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said at the session of the Security Council on 13 February, BelTA informs.

Alexander Lukashenko said that the state has worked out and is implementing a complex of legal measures to support business, including the measures to reduce the number of obsolete penalties in the Criminal Code, eliminate unnecessary and bulky licensing procedures. “Alexander Vladimirovich [Konyuk], you should continue this work in a comprehensive and systematic way,” the president is convinced.

The head of state also asked how prosecution bodies are implementing his instruction to collect overdue accounts receivable from abroad. “I would like to say to the state secretary, the head of the President Administration, the government that I do not need general discussions in the form of joint sessions, trips to Russia. I need concrete information about what has been done in this field and what results have been achieved,” Alexander Lukashenko said.
