MINSK, 14 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent a letter of birthday greetings to Russian Prime Minister, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union State Dmitry Medvedev, BelTA learned from the presidential press service.
“Your exceptional executive talent, huge experience of public administration and strategic thinking are essential for the effective resolution of topical issues concerning the development of the Russian Federation and the enhancement of its authority on the international arena. I am convinced that you will do your best to strengthen and expand multidimensional Belarusian-Russian ties, promote integration cooperation between our states,” the felicitation message reads.
Alexander Lukashenko also wished Dmitry Medvedev the fulfillment of all plans and aspirations, strong health, happiness and wellbeing.
