MINSK, 26 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 181 “On a National Coordinator for Sustainable Development”, BelTA learned from the president's press service.
The document establishes the National Coordinator, which shows Belarus' commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals adopted at the UN Sustainable Development Summit 2015.
Deputy Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Marianna Shchetkina was appointed Belarus' National Coordinator for Sustainable Development.
