Barsukov appointed Belarus' deputy interior minister

MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) – Alexander Barsukov has been relieved of the post of the head of the Interior Affairs Department at the Minsk City Hall and appointed Belarus' deputy interior minister. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed corresponding Decree No. 400 on 10 November, BelTA learned from the presidential press service.

The head of state also signed a decree to relieve Viktor Dubovets of the post of the deputy interior minister – head of the Finance and Logistics Department. He was transferred to the retired reserve in the process of the personnel reorganization. Viktor Dubovets has been appointed head of the Finance and Logistics Department.

The president also relieved Alexander Kobrusev of the post of the deputy interior minister for ideological work and staff support. He was transferred to the retired reserve in the process of the personnel reorganization.
