MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) – Minsk is playing host to a meeting of the working groups of the trilateral contact group that promotes peace settlement in Ukraine, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The previous round of talks was held in Minsk on 1 March. Then, the participants of the meeting turned special attention to the operation and security of the Donetsk filtration plant. The parties also discussed issues related to the release of persons illegally detained during the conflict, water and electricity supplies in Lugansk Oblast and Donetsk Oblast, the protection of the vitally important infrastructure.
