BELGRADE, 31 May (BelTA - Tanjug) - Serbian President-elect Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday tendered to the parliament his resignation from the office of PM.
"Pursuant to Article 132, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, I resign from the office of the head of the Government of Serbia. I am tendering my resignation as I am taking office as president of the Republic, following the elections held on April 2, in which I was elected president of Serbia," read his letter of resignation.
