MINSK, 9 December (BelTA) – The working group on political affairs of the trilateral contact group on Ukraine has resumed talks in Minsk. The meeting is closed press, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The trilateral contact group held its meeting on 8 December. It was preceded by the talks in the working groups on security, economic, humanitarian and political affairs. The parties discussed the issues related to the organization of elections, restoring infrastructure, holding demining activities, releasing prisoners of war and other matters.
It is expected that the next meetings of the contact group in Minsk will take place on 15 and 22 December.
