CIS Foreign Ministers Council to consider agreement on combating cybercrimes

MINSK, 14 December (BelTA) – The CIS Foreign Ministers Council will meet in Minsk on 6 April 2018 to consider the draft agreement on cooperation against cybercrimes, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.

The CIS foreign ministers are expected to take stock of the performance of the plan of ministerial consultations for 2017 and approve the corresponding plan for 2018, consider the draft agreements on counteracting the legalization (laundering) of criminal revenues and the financing of terrorism and the propagation of weapons of mass destruction, and a number of other important documents.

The agenda of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council meeting will be formed by the CIS Plenipotentiaries Council on 30 January.
