MINSK, 17 November (BelTA) – Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine must be discussed at the level of the trilateral contact group on Ukraine, BelTA learned from Vladislav Deinego, representative of the self-declared People's Republic of Lugansk in the trilateral contact group on Ukraine, on 17 November.
Vladislav Deinego also noted that the idea had been repeatedly put on the agenda of the subgroup on political affairs, yet there had been no time to talk about it. “These amendments must be agreed with representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk,” he said.
According to the representative of the self-declared People's Republic of Lugansk, no approval process has been arranged yet.
