MOSCOW, 2 December (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Russia Igor Petrishenko met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Russia Banzragch Delgermaa in Moscow on 2 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission.
“The parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation between Belarus and Mongolia,” the press service noted. “They discussed ways to intensify the Belarus-Mongolian interstate contacts, including trade and investment ties, through the exchange of visits, ministerial consultations and regular meetings of the joint Belarusian-Mongolian commission on cooperation in science and technology,” the press service added.
The diplomatic relations between Belarus and Mongolia were established on 24 January 1992.
