Belarus opposes the use of sanctions and views them as an anachronism, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei told journalists after the government conference hosted by Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko to discuss ways to counter the sanctions against Belarus on 6 July.
