MINSK, 25 November (BelTA) - Belarusian athletes have won a total of 20 medals at the 2025 IFMA Muaythai European Championships in Athens, Greece, BelTA correspondent reports.
The Belarusian team in the senior age group was represented by three athletes, each of whom reached the final in their respective weight classes. Yauheni Fedarynchyk claimed a champion title in the under 71kg category. The Belarusian started the tournament with a victory over Greece's Thomas Yataganas, defeated Ukraine's Gleb Chaban in the semifinal, and secured the gold by beating Russia's Vladimir Tulaev in the decisive match.

The silver medalists at the senior continental forum were Belarus' Daniil Dzedavets (under 67kg) and Darya Belkova (under 63.5kg). In the junior and cadet divisions (U11-U17), Belarusian fighters won 13 medals, while the national team claimed four more medals at the U23 youth championships. In total, Belarusian athletes are bringing home 20 medals from Athens: 10 gold, five silver, and five bronze.
