On 18 June the regional department of the Emergencies Ministry and OSVOD (Society for Development of Water Transport and Passenger Safety) inspected the beaches in the city of Gomel and Gomel District. The officers identified several cases of children swimming unaccompanied, held a conversation with more than 50 teenagers and gave them leaflets about water safety rules.
