MINSK, 18 July (BelTA) – Poles traveling to Belarus can see that Minsk is a wonderful, neat, modern and beautiful city, Polish political scientist and publicist Tomasz Gryguć said in an interview with BelTA commenting on decision of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko to allow visa-free entry into Belarus for citizens of 35 European countries.
Tomasz Gryguć also shared his view of the military parade in Minsk. “The military parade on the occasion of Independence Day of Belarus that was held in Minsk on 3 July was an extremely interesting thing to watch. Two years ago I urged my Polish audience to attend this parade, enjoy and share this important moment with their neighbors, with Belarusian brothers. After all, this parade is worth seeing, indeed. The Poles want to go to Belarus, they want to see your country with their own eyes, not throw the perspective of Western European spin doctors. Poles come to Belarus and see that Minsk is a wonderful, neat and tidy, modern and beautiful city,” said Tomasz Gryguć.
According to the Polish publicist, people are the biggest asset of Belarus. Belarusians are real, genuine, very warm and cordial people. “What we, ordinary Poles, value in the leadership of Belarus, in President Aleksandr Lukashenko, is that thanks to him and only him Belarus remains on the world map. He defends the interests of his people and his state. He is genuine and free from vanity. He is close to people, and you can see it,” the political scientist remarked.

Many people watched the military parade on digital platforms. The number of views on BelTA's YouTube channel has reached 2 million.
