VITEBSK, 10 July (BelTA) – An international press center has opened at the 34th edition of the International Arts Festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk, BelTA has learned.
During the large-scale forum, the press center welcomed accredited media representatives from Belarus and other countries. This year, the event's format has been restructured. Meetings with celebrities that used to take place on-site were moved online, making it possible for anyone to watch them and ask questions. The press center will now be reserved for major press conferences, such as those featuring members of the competition jury.

Director General of the Vitebsk Culture Center and Director of the festival Gleb Lapitsky shared that a “secret space” has been set up for meetings with celebrities to help them feel more relaxed during interviews. “You will tell us later whether we succeeded or not. We are ready to do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable,” he said while answering a journalist’s question at the press conference.

He also stressed that the press center is updated annually to make media work more convenient. “This space, which we restored thanks to government support and assistance from our president, is at your disposal. If you need anything else, like laptops, we will provide you,” he assured.

Gleb Lapitsky mentioned that the international press center offers refreshments for media representatives. He encouraged everyone to leave feedback and share new ideas to further improve the press center’s operations.
