Flower ceremony to mark Defenders Day held in Minsk

MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) - A flower and wreath laying ceremony at the victory monument took place in Minsk on 22 February to mark the upcoming Day of Defenders of the Fatherland and the Armed Forces of Belarus.
