MOGILEV, 9 February (BelTA) - Tatiana Karpechenko, the class teacher of the Belarusian president, has passed away, BelTA learned from the Mogilev Oblast Executive Committee.
She passed away today at 6 a.m. She was 102 years old.

Tatiana Karpechenko dedicated her entire life to teaching. In 1941, she graduated from teachers’ college, having qualified as a primary school teacher. She began working at the age of 18 during the Great Patriotic War. Initially, the young woman was assigned to work in one of the districts of Arkhangelsk Oblast. Later, she moved to her mother's homeland, to the village of Alexandria in Shklov District, Mogilev Oblast, where she worked as a mathematics teacher at the local school for over 40 years.
Tatiana Karpechenko repeatedly mentioned in conversations with journalists that she had lived a happy life. Together with her husband, she raised four children.
The farewell ceremony for Tatiana Karpechenko will held at the Alexandria community center on 10 February. The ceremony will begin at 9.30.
