Head of Kindergarten No. 6 in Fanipol Yulia Prazhenik knows from experience how to organize the work of a preschool institution literally from scratch and win over both young pupils and the entire teaching staff. She is a member of the Dzerzhinsk District Council of Deputies and a delegate to the 7th Belarusian People's Congress.
Even as a schoolgirl, Yulia enjoyed spending her free time with her curious little nieces. She would tell them fairy tales, read books, and come up with fun games. This is why no one in the family was surprised when she decided to enroll in the Minsk State Pedagogical College. However, following her father’s advice, she chose the foreign languages major. But she never became a foreign language teacher. She started working at a kindergarten in her hometown of Dzerzhinsk. Later, she was offered the position of head of Children's Nursery-Kindergarten No. 1, which was still under construction in Dzerzhinsk at the time.
“Upon assuming this position, I realized that the head of a preschool institution must not only be a competent manager but, above all, truly love children,” she asserts. “It is equally important to respect and support your colleagues, to work as a friendly and united team.”

When Yulia Prazhenik moved to the satellite city of Fanipol, she also received an offer to take over Kindergarten No. 6, which over time has become a modern preschool institution. Today, the kindergarten's innovative environment is organized in accordance with the latest advancements in science and technology.
Yulia Prazhenik serves as a deputy in the Dzerzhinsk District Council of Deputies. The elected representative firmly believes that there are no minor issues. Her task as a deputy is to find a solution for every one of them. “A unique approach can be found for each person, a way to win them over,” she believes.

Yulia Prazhenik recalled how nervous she was when she learned that she was elected delegate to the first session of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress. “It is a tremendous responsibility before hundreds, thousands of people and I must live up to their trust, hopes, and expectations,” Yulia Prazhenik emphasized. “At the upcoming second session of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress, we are up for serious and responsible work, first and foremost, the discussion and approval of the Program for the Social and Economic Development of Belarus for 2026–2030. This is not just a document but a strategic plan for the country's development.”
