MINSK, 6 December (BelTA) - The Belarusian government has approved the draft agreement with the Chinese government on development cooperation as a basis for negotiations. This is stipulated in Resolution No. 705 of the Council of Ministers dated 5 December 2025, which has been officially published on the national legal internet portal, BelTA has learned.
According to the document, the Economy Ministry shall conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and may, if necessary, make non-fundamental amendments to it. The ministry is also authorized to sign the agreement upon reaching a consensus within the framework of the approved draft.
The resolution enters into force on the date of its adoption.
