Belarus approves draft agreement on MOST+ program

MINSK, 20 August (BelTA) – The Government of Belarus has approved the draft agreement with the European Commission on financing the international technical aid project “The EU for Belarus: Mobility Scheme for Targeted People-to-People-Contacts (MOST+)” as the basis for holding talks. The decision was formalized by Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 546 as of 16 August 2019, BelTA learned from the website of the government.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was authorized to hold talks on the draft agreement and sign it if the parties reach an agreement.

The resolution comes into force on the day of signing.
