MINSK, 26 June (BelTA) – The first ever panel session of the State Control Committee of Belarus and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation will take place on the sidelines of the 11th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia. The panel session will focus on innovations as the most important factor of economic security, goals and priorities of state financial oversight (audit), the State Control Committee told BelTA.
Representatives of oversight agencies of Belarus and Russia, including regional branches, representatives of government agencies, the business community as well as the Hi-Tech Park and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) will take part in the session.
Matters concerning interregional cooperation of oversight agencies of Belarus and Russia will also be discussed within the framework of the panel session. Agreements on cooperation between the state control committees of Belarus’ oblasts and oversight and audit bodies of Russia’s regions (the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Komi, Bryansk Oblast, Moscow Oblast, Tver Oblast, and the city of Moscow) will also be signed during the panel session.
