ST PETERSBURG, 6 December (BelTA) - The heads of state have instituted a medal for contribution to the development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) at the summit in St Petersburg on 6 December, BelTA informs.
A decision to award the medal in recognition of a big personal contribution to the development of the EAEU will be made by the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on the initiative of one of the EAEU member states or a member of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the chairman of the board of the commission, the chairman of the EAEU Court.
The production of the medals will be financed from the budget of the organization.
