MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) - Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan on his birthday, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Thanks to your leadership, Kazakhstan is successfully addressing key tasks in ensuring sustainable economic growth and comprehensive modernization of its political system. Astana's contribution to implementing the international agenda is becoming even more prominent,” the message of congratulations reads.
The Belarusian president emphasized that Minsk values the friendly relations between the two countries and attaches great importance to their further development.
"I am confident that the principles of mutual trust and equality, which define the Belarus-Kazakhstan dialogue, will continue to serve as a solid foundation for strengthening our bilateral partnership," Aleksandr Lukashenko stated.
He wished Kassym-Jomart Tokayev good health, inexhaustible energy, optimism, and new achievements for the benefit of Kazakhstan and its people.
