POLOTSK, 8 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has arrived in Polotsk to attend the Vitebsk Oblast harvest festival Dazhynki 2024, BelTA has learned.
The key festival of agrarians will traditionally take place in several venues. Festive retail outlets and theme-based platforms have been organized in the city in addition to an exhibition of agricultural machines.
Svobody Square will be the epicenter of the celebrations. A ceremony to award top performers as well as a concert featuring Vitebsk Oblast art collectives will take place there.
