MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – I voted for professionalism and devotion, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he talked to the media after voting in the elections of deputies of the House of Representatives and local councils of deputies, BelTA has learned.
"A difficult time is ahead for us. In the Parliament we need people who are professional, reliable and devoted to the Belarusian people," Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
The head of state expressed confidence that absolutely reliable, intelligent people who understand the tasks facing the country and the people will be elected.
